Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.
  • Returns are accepted by mail only; in-person or drop-off returns are not available.

How to Request a Return

To begin the return process, please email our customer service team at info@aussiewildtrack.com with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Name on the order
  • Your shipping address
  • Reason for return

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions and the return address. Please note that we do not provide prepaid return labels, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

Return Shipping Fees

  • For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, AussieWildTrack will cover return shipping fees.

Refund Process

After your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days and returned to your original payment method. All refunds are issued in AUD (Australian Dollar).

Items Not Eligible for Refund

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased using store credit

Missing or Delayed Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 5 business days after approval:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times can vary.
  • If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible products within the 30-day return period.

  • To request an exchange for a different size, color, or item, email info@aussiewildtrack.com with your order information and request.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping fees on preference-based exchanges.
  • For exchanges due to defective or incorrect products, AussieWildTrack will cover all shipping fees.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please email info@aussiewildtrack.com with your order number and photos of the item as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost and cover return shipping for the faulty item.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
